The Jacobsen Track crosses Frances Creek and Flagstone Creek. The junction of these creeks forms a pretty small gorge and several pretty waterfalls.

Frances Creek is located north of Jourama Falls and intersects with the Bruce Highway at a rest stop. For adventurous hikers, the creek can be accessed from Jacobsen Track or where the creek crosses Pappins Road, close to the National Park boundary. Experience the granite gorge and slabby waterfalls as you explore this circuit.
